Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between OEM and private label?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we manufacture to your specification or formula. Private label means you select from our existing formulation portfolio and brand it as your own. Both result in finished products carrying your brand.

What is ODM?

ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we develop both the formulation and the product design. You select from our development portfolio and brand it as your own. This is similar to private label but with more involvement in the design stage.

What products do you currently manufacture?

Our current launch focus is non-medicated topical grooming products for dogs, including shampoos, conditioners, waterless formulas, and paw and nose balms. Additional categories are available as project development options subject to feasibility review.

Do you manufacture medicated or veterinary products?

No. We develop and manufacture non-medicated topical grooming products only. We do not develop medicated, therapeutic, or veterinary products.

What markets do you serve?

We primarily serve brands, retailers, distributors, ecommerce businesses, and professional grooming businesses in the US and European markets.

What certifications do your products have?

Specific certifications and regulatory compliance are subject to project scope and market requirements. We do not publish certifications that have not been confirmed for a specific project. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities are project-specific and confirmed during the scoping process. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do I get started?

The best way to start is to submit an OEM quote request or request samples. Tell us about your product requirements and target market, and we will respond with next steps.
